As a first time customer, you can try one AVIVA garment for 30 days risk-free. If you don't like how they function, we will happily give you your money back (minus the cost of shipping). This following items are excluded from this policy:
If you purchased more than one item, please remember that this trial is only available for one pair. Also, you must create an account during checkout. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to claim your refund.
All of our underwear bottoms are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange (with the exception of our 30-day trial for new customers). For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be accepted.
We take care in ensuring our products are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason, you find a genuine defect in one of our products, please contact us.
If you have received a product that is deemed unacceptable in quality, we will offer a replacement within 30 days of purchase date.
